REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing for the following:
- Manufacturing
- Tooling changes/setups
- Quality control
- Machine building
- Hilo operating
- Overhead Crane operating
- Must be able to read, write, speak and take direction in English
RESPONSIBILITIES for Floater:
- Operate the Straightener, Cutoff, and Bundling Carts at either mills
- Straighten, cut, and package product
- Change tooling and setup of straightener and cutoff
- Alert to quality issues in the product
- Read and correctly use tape measure, micrometers, calipers, pi tapes, radius gauges, specialty gauges
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Completion of High School Education or GED
WAGE
- Regular hourly pay rate of $18.05
SHIFTS
- Full-time 40+ hours per week - Monday to Friday, possible weekends and overtime
- Must be flexible with start time
- Regular hours: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm (8-hr shift)
