REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Must have 1-3 year's Manufacturing experience
- Possess effective communication and organizational skills; English read, write, speak
- Physically able to stand, sit and walk for long periods, perform repetitive lifting 30lbs-50lbs (pounds), overhead reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling
The Accumulator Operator is required to:
- Operate Uncoiler, Flattener, Shear Welder, and Accumulator
- Alert to quality issues
- Read and correctly use a measuring tape, micrometer, and caliper
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- Completion of High School Education or GED
WAGE
- Regular hourly pay rate of $16.80
SHIFTS
- Full-time 40+ hours per week - Monday to Friday, overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Must be flexible with start time
- Must have own transportation to get to and from work
- Regular hours: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm (8-hr shift)
- When needed: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (10-hr shift) or 3:00 am - 3:30 pm (12-hr shift)
- Occasional Saturdays: 6:00am - 12:00pm
